Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of all your current medications (including vitamins and supplements), and any recent lab reports or medical records.

Yes, we provide secure online video consultations for non-emergency inquiries, prescription refills, and review of lab results. You can select Telemedicine when booking.

Existing patients can request refills by logging into the patient portal, calling our office, or booking a brief telemedicine follow-up if it has been more than 6 months since your last review.

We accept most major PPO insurance plans, Medicare, and select HMOs. Please see our Insurance Accepted section or call our billing team to confirm details.
